Overview:

A reputable general contractor and developer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a high-end residential housing project in Coconut Grove. The project involves ground-up construction with an estimated cost of $2-$3 million. We are looking for a skilled professional with a background in high-end housing and a strong understanding of the inspection process and shell construction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Ground-Up Projects: Manage all aspects of ground-up construction for high-end residential housing.
  • Inspection Process: Coordinate and manage the inspection process to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Construction Management: Supervise shell construction and general structural work, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team consisting of 1 Superintendent and 1 Project Engineer, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing high-end residential housing projects, specifically ground-up construction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of shell construction, general structures, and the inspection process.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a construction team effectively.
