What you’ll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and handle complex issues. Leadership skills to motivate the team and achieve operational targets. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach.
