Activities & Responsibilities
Primary
Establishes recruiting requirements by communicating with directors and managers regarding the stores' needs.
Attracts applicants by placing and managing job advertisements on company website and job boards in a timely manner.
Review applications, and interview applicants to obtain work history, provide information about the organization and position.
Conduct brief prescreening interviews and coordinate interviewing and selection process with hiring managers.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses against the job description.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (eg. LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Craigslist)
Manages calendars and schedules in person interviews for management team.
Understand the needs of applicants, address them in a timely manner.
Keep company website job postings up to date.
Daily maintenance and organization of ATS, moving candidates through the recruitment process.
Communicate recruitment updates during weekly meetings.
Supplemental
Participate in job fairs and host in- house recruitment events.
Builds applicant sources by researching and building connections with community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social networking sites, and other resources.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Complies with local, state, and federal government labor laws and procedures.
Assists with HR related translations as needed.
