Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Facilities Manager to join our team at HHB Restaurant Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a Safe and Healthy Environment: Oversee the maintenance of our restaurant locations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our team members and customers.
- Manage Building Projects and Maintenance: Coordinate and manage building projects, maintenance, and repairs to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and up-to-date.
- Implement Preventative Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to monitor and improve the condition of our facilities.
- Manage Vendors and Suppliers: Work with vendors and suppliers to schedule and oversee maintenance work, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Source and Assess Suppliers: Research and evaluate suppliers for quality and reliability, ensuring the best possible value for our organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the food service industry.
- Experience in Facilities Management: Proven experience in managing facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Strong Budgeting and Vendor Management Skills: Ability to manage budgets and vendors effectively, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management Software: Familiarity with facilities management software and systems, including scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Strong Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
- Fluency in English and Spanish: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
