The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will support various HR and Admin functions and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase the company's social media content for LinkedIn, focusing on the social aspects of employee engagement and company culture.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team to create compelling posts that highlight company values and employee stories.
  • Renovate the Intern Program's internal SharePoint page, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant information.
  • Assist in the production of a global intern video, showcasing the intern experience and company opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining an employee-facing SharePoint page with a global feel, ensuring the page is user-friendly and informative.
  • Offer support for Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other HCM-related tasks.
  • Support program changes by collaborating with the team to generate and implement new ideas.
  • Participate in program meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Work to develop concrete ideas for middle manager training focusing on one of the six identified areas for middle manager training and create a detailed plan for implementation.
  • Conduct inventory management for admin storage, ensuring all supplies are organized and accounted for.
  • Assist in setting up summer events, which occur once a month, to celebrate our employees.
  • Serve as the remote lobby receptionist on Wednesdays and Thursdays as needed, greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • This is a Hybrid position and requires in office attendance at least 2-3 days a week.
