Key Responsobilities

Treatment Coordination: \- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including explaining treatment options, costs, and scheduling procedures. Front Desk Management: \- Manage front desk staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service. \- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. \- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently. \- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Insurance & Financials: \- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately. \- Collect payments and manage financial transactions. Administrative Support: \- Maintain patient records and ensure their confidentiality. \- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office. \- Grow and manage front desk duties for our esthetics studio space. Marketing & Event Coordination: \- Develop and implement marketing strategies. \- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels. \- Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities. \- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Patient Experience/Customer Service: \- Implement high standards of customer service and patient care. \- Review patient feedback and implement improvements. \- Train and mentor front desk staff on customer service best practices. \- Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient transitions. \- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards. \- Proactively address patient concerns and resolve issues. Office Environment/Cleanliness & Organization: \- Ensure office cleanliness and organization. \- Implement infection control and hygiene protocols. \- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
