Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CA qualification ishighly desirable. 10 years of experience in payroll management,preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laborlaws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance. Strong understanding of payroll software, systems,and relevant HRIS platforms. Proficiency in using payroll software,spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye fordetail and accuracy. Leadership abilities with experience in managing ateam. Strong communication and interpersonal skills tointeract with employees, vendors, and stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential information withintegrity and maintain high levels of data privacy and security.
