This role is crucial in fostering overall company advancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to ensure a premier recruitment process that meets ambitious executive hiring objectives.

2. Manage a comprehensive portfolio of executive searches, adeptly balancing competing priorities while collaborating with Researchers and Coordinators to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience for clients and candidates alike.

3. Design and execute proactive Global Talent Acquisition strategies, proposing operational enhancements to Global TA Leadership to maintain consistency across the broader TA organization.

4. Conduct advanced reporting and data analysis for the assigned function or market using tools such as Microsoft Excel, ATS, CRM, and Talent Insights, presenting findings to TA Leadership and stakeholders. Utilize insights to proactively identify and address challenges.

5. Serve as the Executive Talent advisor for senior hiring managers and business partners, anticipating their unique talent requirements, providing expert counsel, and ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment journey.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to offer strategic insights and recommendations.

7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional TA Leadership Teams, including Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DEI, Compensation, and Talent Partner teams, to achieve collective hiring objectives.

8. Engage in special projects as assigned, focusing on process enhancement, candidate engagement, data management, analytics, and branding initiatives.

9. Prioritize multiple functions and tasks, managing time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

10. Elevate Visa's employer brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the Talent Acquisition process.

This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to adhere to a set schedule determined by leadership, with a general expectation of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
