As an Operations Representative at Traffic Tech, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customer base to provide the most cost-effective, high-level service for our clients. OPERATIONS REPRESENATIVETasks & Responsibilities: Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared. Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner. Assist with cost negotiation on shipments. Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams. Continue to follow standard operating procedures.Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma >1 year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills.
