Ansell is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Iselin, NJ

In this position you will play a vital role

as part of the North American (NA) regional Channel Marketing team. The primary function of this role is to provide an excellent online browsing experience for our industrial and medical end-users by ensuring the relevancy, accuracy and completeness of product content displayed on the front end of distributor e-commerce platforms. The Marketing Specialist ensures product set-up and enrichment data contain all the required product attributes and images an end-user needs to make an informed online purchase decision, and is proactively updated several times throughout the year for every large distributor.

The role works closely with Channel Sales & Marketing and Regional Portfolio Managers to deliver timely information to Distributors, as well as with internal IT teams to keep up to date on data management systems needed to execute their responsibilities. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to ad hoc marketing support as needed.

What your role will be?

*

Responsible for creating an Enhanced Master Setup/Enrichment file for Tier 1 and Priority Customers (and updating data at least 3 times/year).

*

Complete distributor set-up templates to enable Ansell products to be sold with Tier 1/2/3 and e-commerce distributors. Work with cross functional teams to retrieve needed information such as product specs, dimensions, features/benefits, and pricing.

*

Responsible for day-to-day management of the product enrichment schedule, and processing of requests.

*

Ensure data quality such as completeness, timeliness, consistency, and accuracy for each request.

*

Analyze and audit the product data output to identify possible gaps, errors, or inconsistencies. Manually correct or oversee coordination of actions needed to resolve these issues.

*

Process requests for images according to the requirements of the Distributor.

*

Ensure product enrichment files contain all the attributes requested by distributors and deliver in the Distributor's preferred template.

*

Ensure the integrity of Ansell trademarks in all reports.

*

Provide general marketing execution and administration as needed.
