Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role within the B2B Healthcare/Industry Sciences Center of Excellence, driving initiatives that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies to support event promotion, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
- Create and meticulously proofread content for various promotional materials, including event registration platforms, emails, social media content, flyers, banners, and print collateral.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with team members to ensure cohesive coverage of all initiatives.
- Establish and maintain timelines for marketing projects.
- Monitor and analyze marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Stay informed about the B2B healthcare audience and competitive landscape to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Regularly assess campaign performance with direct reports and relevant teams.
- Work closely with project management and editorial teams to ensure impactful content delivery.
- Continuously analyze metrics to optimize conversion rates and enhance user engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe is advantageous but not mandatory.
