The Director of Business Growth will work closely with our Executive Leadership and Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Work directly with Executive Leadership to develop and implement new business plans
- Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for the region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting and conducting meetings with clients
- Develop and present sales presentations to prospective and current clients
- Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans, and regional management activities
- Closing new business opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and Harvard services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years industry sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of winning business in the industry
- Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills
- Ability to present and influence customer and internal management
- Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships
