We’re looking for folks to work in our Boston office as a hybrid employee Job Description: Manage a team of BDRs and alongside them, Identify and qualify new business opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets globally Partner with wider teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc) and Senior Leadership Team and to drive cross-functional alignment and go-to-market strategy Become a subject-matter expert on the Gloo portfolio to best position our offering Effectively build and nurture relationships with target and existing customers Build and present proposals that identify with customer pain points and goals Establish and track key success metrics and train team to exceed those metrics Conduct market segmentation, data analysis to regularly present to the senior leadership team Job Requirements: 2+ years of BDR Management experience within the cloud infrastructure space 5+ years of software sales, with an emphasis on cloud dev-ops technologies Prior experience of building business development from the ground up Managing existing relationships with decision makers in target sectors Ability to understand data and identify insights to incorporate into prospecting strategies Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills What you'll love about Solo.
