- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of product offerings with customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Actively participate in continuous improvements to the company's CRM.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in chemistry or pharmaceutical-related scientific field.
- Past sales experience or customer-facing work experience strongly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation capabilities and negotiation skills. Buoyancy in the face of adversity.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel around 25%.
