  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in chemistry or pharmaceutical-related scientific field.
  • Past sales experience or customer-facing work experience strongly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation capabilities and negotiation skills. Buoyancy in the face of adversity.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel around 25%.
