Performs a wide range of complex and routine month end close processes.

Month-end close activities include preparation of account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, accrual schedules.

Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies within the transaction tax general ledger accounts. Application of accounting standards and practices in accordance with accounting standards, policy, and local country requirements. Participate in annual audit by preparing reconciliations, roll-forwards, and other related analyses. Participate in special projects as deemed necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 5-years’ experience in accounting for a similar-sized company ($600M+) Bachelor’s degree with focus/concentration in accounting CPA license nice to have

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS Advanced degree in accounting from an accredited institution preferred. Experience working in a global organization preferably with manufacturing and/or distribution activities. Understands distributor agreements and the associated accounting. SAP and/or Blackline experience preferred.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Ability to work independently and within a team. Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgement and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a drive to deliver outstanding results. Sense of urgency and attention to detail. Integrity and professionalism. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment. Highly analytical and detail oriented Strong communication skills - ability to translate finance language to business action items. Strong excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Experience with SAP, Sage, and Blackline.
