Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Accounting Specialist will be tasked with the following:

  • Managing ACH and wire transfer transactions
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly journal entries and supporting the monthly closing process
  • Overseeing accounts payable, which includes invoice processing and vendor relations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of relevant general ledger experience
  • Proficient in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong technological aptitude
