Job Description:
Prepare capital calls, contractual payments, vendor commitments, and loan draws for assigned projects.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost capture and allocation in monthly billings.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Perform month-end close processes and prepare financial statements.
Assist with audits and the preparation of audit and tax workpapers.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
