Puig is seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Analyst to join our Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market and brand data within the dynamic beauty industry. Data Collection and Analysis • Extract and analyze quantitative data from various sources, including Circana, Looker, and other external and internal data sources. • Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyze data and identify findings. Reporting and Presentation • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations. • Communicate findings to internal stakeholders through clear and concise presentations. • Develop visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present data effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide insights that inform strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with external research vendors and partners as needed. Continuous Improvement • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally using Circana or Nielsen data. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Advanced Excel skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Word). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Agility to change direction given shifting priorities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Internship or academic project experience in analytics is a plus. • Beauty experience is a plus.
