Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position in our Clinical Excellence department as a Clinical Excellence Manager. The Clinical Excellence Manager directs all phases of Risk Management including environmental and safety, serves as the Corporate Compliance/Privacy Officer, oversees the organization's policies and procedures covering privacy of and access to patient health information in compliance with federal and state laws, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. This position also oversees quality and informatics services throughout the organization.

Requirements:
  • RN Licensure is required; BSN is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare compliance role is prefered.

Today Floyd Valley includes the hospital, family medicine clinics in Le Mars, Marcus and Remsen, and public health. We serve people in their homes through home health and home medical services.
