We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company and play a key role in our growth and success.
What we are looking for:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B or online marketplace sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable working with market research tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
- $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission and additional bonus potential
