Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the field sales executives. The SDR will manage inbound lead activity within their territory and conduct outbound prospecting to secure a sufficient flow of qualified opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interact with prospects via telephone and email Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects Schedule First Time Appointments (FTAs) for the field sales executives Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and annual FTA quotas Maintain required activity reporting in Paycor’s CRM system Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
