Job Description/Duties:

  • Manage inventory of small parts, including tracking sub-levels, conducting regular audits, maintaining accurate stock records, etc.
  • Packaging duties
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics
  • Install software on tablets before shipping out
  • Maintain data entry of serial numbers and analyze logistics expenses
  • Microsoft Excel for data entry and processing
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the day (rarely have heavier items up and employee can request support for lifts)
  • Office environment
  • They will provide training on technology, software installation, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry - this is the #1 priority
  • 1 year of logistics experience - open to entry-level candidates with transferable skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Eager to learn - they will provide comprehensive training on technology, software installation, etc.
  • Some proficiency in Excel/the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently; up to 50 lbs on occasion
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
