Joimax, Inc., located in Irvine, California, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Warehouse Coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires working on-site with the Warehouse & Logistics Team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts as needed.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the individual in this role will assist in the efficient receiving, organizing, and shipping of Joimax products and inventory within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is accurately processed, organized, and stored. The coordinator will also be tasked with packaging, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires being active throughout the day, moving inventory within an 8,000 square foot warehouse.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to expand their knowledge beyond basic warehouse tasks. As you advance in your responsibilities, you will have the chance to learn and cross-train with the Service & Repair team, acquiring new skills such as electrical assembly and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, clean, and store products and materials, including conducting electrical and mechanical inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare customer orders by pulling and packing products for delivery.
  • Handle general shipping and receiving tasks (FedEx, UPS, and Freight).
  • Participate in comprehensive physical inventories and periodic cycle counts for in-house and field products.
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, shipments, and inventory movements between sales personnel and the distributor network.
  • Determine optimal storage methods, identification, and stocking locations based on various factors such as temperature, humidity, and available space.
  • Evaluate and inspect customer-returned products and materials for proper disposition according to established procedures.
  • Enhance the department's reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Prepare, track, and manage field inventory for all laboratories and training sessions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
  • Assist in unloading inventory from trucks and delivering it to the appropriate locations.
  • Collaborate as an active team member to achieve team objectives.
  • Support management by undertaking projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Warehouse/Logistics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Punctual, reliable, and adaptable.
  • Flexible availability for work hours from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts for in-house workshops.
  • Proficient in English (both written and oral).
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
  • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
  • Experience with inventory control software (e.g., ERP) is preferred.
  • Previous quality control or technical experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory movement and distribution is advantageous.
