Billed as ‘the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah’, Rixos Obhur Jeddah will meet the increasing demand for luxurious hospitality paired with high-quality leisure activities in the area. The resort will host guests in 247 residential units, including 174 rooms and 73 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port. Job Description: Maintain a database for resumes for future recruitment needs. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of all rank & file employees. Manage the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews to employee arrivals. Establish and maintain effective employee relations. Coordinate with all departments regarding Human Resources related activities. Coordinate with the PRO to obtain employee visas and manage the arrival process of new employees. Responsible for the audit of the related work area. Maintain employee files by regularly filing documents. Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents, and databases. Ensure search documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete during the recruitment process. Coordinate employee relation functions in consultation with the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager, monitoring and tracking annual and sick leave accruals. Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessments and handle/respond as appropriate. Maintain all employee files and handle telephone calls per Rixos Hotels standards. Keep calendar updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules. Establish and maintain various filing/records/databases of business contacts, trace pending items, and follow up as appropriate. Arrange for various meetings, take minutes, and draft minutes of meetings for circulation. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail. Create and maintain filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents. Implement and evaluate human resources practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Communicate in a professional, positive, and courteous manner with all levels of internal and external customers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related discipline desirable. 1-2 years of experience in human resources and/or administrative experience. Strong organizational and administrative ability. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
