As an essential member of our organization, you will be instrumental in upholding the safety and efficiency of our facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing routine inspections of buildings, equipment, vehicles, and grounds to pinpoint maintenance requirements and safety concerns
  • Executing minor repairs, regular maintenance tasks, and urgent fixes
  • Collaborating with external contractors for significant projects
  • Fostering a safety-oriented culture by keeping abreast of regulations and facilitating safety training for employees
  • Assisting with office moves, cleaning duties, and landscape upkeep

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in maintenance or construction, OSHA Certification, and skill in operating forklifts

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Facilities Operations Coordinator position entails physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and working in diverse settings. The role requires manual dexterity, the ability to respond to emergencies, and adaptability to challenging conditions.
