Role Overview:
Implement talent management strategies aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires that aligns with our brand values.
Ensure adherence to all Talent and Culture procedures by Managers and colleagues.
Issue letters for promotions and salary increases to team members.
Revise job descriptions for promotions.
Process all colleague status changes and manage profiles for new starters and leavers for monthly payroll.
Ensure timely completion of annual and probationary appraisals.
Track and update annual and probationary appraisal statuses.
Manage visa renewal and passport expiry lists, distributing them to all coordinators monthly.
Organize monthly colleague committee meetings and document meeting minutes.
Conduct exit interviews for colleagues at levels 1 – 4.

Compile and analyze monthly Talent and Culture reports and presentations, including statistics on turnover and exit interviews for various stakeholders.

Assist in addressing all colleague-related inquiries at all levels.
Provide counsel and advice to colleagues on employment matters.
Offer guidance on disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain a record of disciplinary actions.

Supervise cafeteria operations, ensuring proper tracking, invoicing, and adherence to hygiene and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management within the hospitality sector.
Demonstrated success in managing HR operations and initiatives.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
