Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) at our Lincoln, RI location.

The Intake Team is the heart and hub of the practice. The tasks described below allow us to add new patients, manage existing patients, support clinician productivity and satisfaction, promote RCM success, and successfully communicate with patients, families, and referral sources.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Warm, intelligent, articulate, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Willing to learn and grow in the position
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Manage patient experience in the suite/at the reception window
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Serve as dedicated admin for 6-12 clinicians
  • Dedicated admins manage their clinicians' schedules, and new patient flow, and help with any administrative tasks such as phone calls, paperwork, follow-up on lab work or medical record requests, etc.
