Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will support day-to-day operations, including new employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance, fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle to provide the ultimate white glove service to our employees who are our internal customers and increase their satisfaction. You will operate with a high degree of integrity and transparency to ensure Jerry’s People operations are reliable and seamless. If you are seeking a high impact role in a rapidly growing company in a $2T industry, drop your resume today How you will make an impact: Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Help gather feedback from employees and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment. Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems. Help with the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials. Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues. Preferred experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field 3-4 years of HR experience Master’s Degree in HR, IO psychology preferred Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements Who you are: Has exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about creating a positive employee experience Can multitask and prioritize easily without compromising attention to detail Applies solid judgment and ensures integrity, compliance, and confidentiality while handling highly sensitive information Jerry is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
