Role Summary:

Anthropologie is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator, who will enhance the customers overall digital shopping, delivery, and customer service experience. The Ecommerce Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the Anthropologie and Terrain brands objectives and initiatives across customer service, fulfillment, logistics, web development, and stores. The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will be required to build and maintain partnerships across functional areas within the brands and shared service teams to ensure brand goals are achieved.

Role Responsibilities:

Service:

  • Partner with the Contact Center and Fulfillment Centers to ensure that the Brand vision and initiatives are shared appropriately through customer packages, phone calls, emails, chat, social, and all other customer touchpoints. Set the standard for exceptional customer service within the team and shared service partners.
  • Support the Contact Center and Fulfillment Centers regarding, but not limited to, process updates, trainings, policy changes, site updates, product launches or information, etc. This may include completing onsite training and/or building training documentation or resources.
  • Support responses to customer reviews, escalations to Home Office and other outside channels.
  • Drive customer service and operational improvements for Anthropologie Group.

Operations:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our service level agreements with customers and our current supply chain.
  • Utilize customer and Contact Center feedback to identify opportunities to reduce friction and increase availability of information for digital shopping experience.
  • Drive customer service and operational improvements for Anthropologie Group by partnering with Technology, Web Production, Marketing, Buying Operations, Buying, Copy, Creative, Transportation and Contact Center.
  • Be a super user and resource for systems used to run the direct business.
  • Support cross-brand projects and enhancements with Technology teams. Communicate updates and manage timelines within the brand to meet project deadlines.
Role Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years work experience, preferably service-focused and/or operational role.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to retain information. Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions when troubleshooting with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to suggest, document and implement systemic and process improvements
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits a high energy level as well as a positive attitude.
  • Experienced in Outlook, Word, Excel.
