Position Summary:
The LAGOS Ecommerce Coordinator will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through an optimized online experience. They will focus on day-to-day operations of LAGOS.com and wholesale ecommerce platforms, including product launches, managing the digital marketing calendar, and maintaining content schedules.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all product uploads, including images, copywriting, tagging, and data entry, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain the wholesale accounts calendar for product launches and digital marketing deadlines.
- Collaborate with Creative Services to schedule photoshoots aligned with new product deliveries.
- Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) are optimized with accurate information and imagery.
- Work with the Customer Service team to improve the online customer experience.
- Coordinate with IT and web developers to resolve bugs/errors, implement site optimizations, and streamline processes.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for LAGOS.com.
- Conduct regular site audits, including filters, search functionality, sizes, and colorways.
- Identify and correct site errors, such as incorrect pricing, images, or copy.
- Upload lifestyle and editorial images regularly to inspire customers.
- Assist the ecommerce department with daily operations and tasks as needed.
JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in E-Retail/Ecommerce Management, preferably within the luxury or fine jewelry industry.
- Experience in NetSuite (or similar system) required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Shopify preferred.
- Understanding of user experience, online retailing, and retail buying.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and large data sets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes as needed.
- Resilience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to ecommerce.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.'
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Brief periods of standing, bending, reaching and occasional light lifting required.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
- Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, etc.
- Required to possess specific visons abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus.
