You'll get the opportunity to work side by side with some of the best salespeople in the business to learn the ins and outs of a car sale. This role has the unique opportunity to be an expert on all parts of the business and deliver information in a clear, efficient and helpful way back to the customer. The ideal candidate will strive to exceed the customer satisfaction benchmark and go above and beyond to ensure a positive dealership experience. QualificationsAt least one previous customer service role Previous work with Vin Solutions is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTime management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improveExcited by the concept of teamwork Valid driver's licenseResponsibilities (not limited to)Answer incoming customer calls and establish follow-ups with new and existing customers Respond quickly to internet and live chat inquiries that come through out databaseAssist sales personnel with their customer communications and deliver messages promptlyBecome an expert on our products and services to ensure accurate information is being shared with the customerSeek out no-show appointments and reestablish the communication Follow up with customers after they visit the dealership Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standardsHere at Palmen Auto Stores we live and work in the community.
