Sales and Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Support Representative to join our team at Great Lakes Skipper. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders and answering their questions in a professional and courteous manner. If you have a passion for sales and a strong interest in the boating industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other productivity software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
