You will report to the Director of Web Services & Mobile Application . Your primary responsibilities wi ll involve setting and maintaining coding standards, reviewing code prior to merging , and being responsible for release management. You will also be responsible for providing support for your team for success . You will provide mentorship and development. You will participate in meetings with project managers, business units, and leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with your team in an Agile environment and participate in daily standups

* Meet with project managers and business units for updates and reports of current projects

* Clear roadblocks to ensure team success

* Meet with leadership for updates

* Guide your team in all phases of the development lifecycle

* Design a nd maintain coding standards for your team

* Ensure applications align with business goals

* Participate in peer review of code

* Guide your team though development of testing and static analysis is

* Ensure continuous professional self-development and improvement

* Develop software code on a case-by-case basis

**Must haves**

* Proven leadership background or 1 0+ years of software development experience

* Excellent soft skills around managing people

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* U nderstanding of Git version control, branching, code review

* Familiar and comfortable working in an Agile environment

**Plus es**

* Proficient in any of the following: PHP, Java, C#, Javascript , Vue. js , React Native

* Proficient in MS SQL, DB2, SQL and/or other relational database experience

* Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD practices and processes

* GitLab, Postman, OpenShift, experience

* Exposure using automated testing suites such as PHPUnit , JUnit, Cyprus, and/or Selenium
