Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Leader to join our team As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be the face of MOD Pizza, embodying our values and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD values and behaviors, and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
  • Create a Positive Vibe: Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect, and coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Train and Coach: Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks, and demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
  • Partner with General Manager: Partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
