Job Summary
As a Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of various events and conferences located in North America. You will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation, Global, Mid-Market to ensure seamless and successful events that align with the company's marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of company-sponsored events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
Support the logistics of events, including venue selection, booth design, equipment rental, and catering.
Attend events as an AnyDesk brand ambassador.
Contribute to the development of event marketing collateral, including promotional materials and presentations.
Manage pre-event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and attendee inquiries.
Assist in post-event activities, including surveys, thank-you notes, and reporting.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for events as necessary.
Monitor event budgets and track expenses, providing regular updates to the Events Marketing Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with overall marketing goals and sales targets.
Assist in conducting post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in events marketing.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in event management software and CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
