Senior Management Advisors is looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. This role is integral in enhancing our brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with our community across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes all website, database marketing, email, and social media.

• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns/social media campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing/social media.

• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

• Create landing pages to optimize user experience and conversions.

• Designs, builds, and maintains our online listing presence.

• Plans and executes all photo and video.

• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.

• Evaluates emerging technologies.

• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Creating and maintaining client relationships

• Self-motivated yet customer-focused

• Proficient in social media conception and analysis

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social media/digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing and social media campaigns.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the senior living industry or related field.

• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
