We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Social Media team and lead our efforts in building a strong online presence for our clients.


Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist in the Social Media Department will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with our clients' goals. This role requires a creative and analytical mind, capable of driving engagement, growing online communities, and measuring the impact of social media campaigns across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor paid social media campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Team Communication: Regularly communicate with Account Managers to present campaign results, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior members of the social media team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
