Position Overview for the Lease Administrator:

  • Call utility companies handle account issues
  • Review vendor invoices
  • Making / touching up spreadsheets adding GL codes by cross-referencing with previous data
  • Escalate issues as appropriate and bring them to management's attention

Required Skills for the Lease Administrator :
  • 3+ years of lease administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office
  • Preferred experience with vendor invoices
