Job Title: Technical AccountantJob Description

The Technical Accounting Staff role will be responsible for assisting in the implication and application for complex accounting issues, including but not limited to revenue recognition, leases, intangible assets, intercompany transactions, and business combinations. This position will also monitor new accounting literature and SEC rules, analyzing their impact on the Company, and assist with updates to the Companys accounting principles. Additional responsibilities include documenting SEC filings and internal controls over financial reporting, as well as engaging in ad-hoc and special projects as needed. The individual will report to the Manager of Technical Accounting.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 2+ years in accounting

+ Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS)

+ Experience with projects and in-depth research

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Englewood, Colorado.

Work Environment

Collaborative team environment with a mix of independent work and team collaboration. Structured hierarchy including VP, Senior Manager, and Staff. Close collaboration with the SEC team. Workload involves numerous floating projects and can be subject to change. Standard work hours start by 9AM, with early start options at 7AM. Mandatory presence until 4PM, with potential for longer days depending on work volume. 100% onsite work with occasional flexibility for remote work on a special basis (appointments, illness, etc.).
