Deibel Laboratories is a private food testing facility providing services in both Microbiology and Chemistry testing. We play an integral role in food and product safety for industry-leading producers, as well as family run operations much like our own. We are currently looking to hire new sales associates to achieve growth objectives.

We offer a competitive salary based upon knowledge and experience. This position includes full health benefits for self and family (employer pays for 100% of premiums for employee and up to 50% for dependents). **Job Description**

This position requires continual interaction with our Client Services Team, Technical Sales Team, Senior Management, and new and existing clients to satisfy internal and external customer expectations. Must be able to maintain a high level of urgency, while at the same time, maintaining an extremely professional and diplomatic attitude with customers and Deibel co-workers.

Associate will be expected to respond to inquiries in real time, same day or next day (may include the occasional weekend) with emphasis on a personal touch experience. *(within 24hrs at the latest)*

Associate will develop new opportunities, build clients relationships, and onboard new clients. Associate will help develop solutions to client issues, prepare reports, and make constructive recommendations to management. Associate will support Deibels Operations Team and Client Services teams with visits to clients, technical assistance, and coordinating sales activities. Occasional travel will be required. Associate will strive to become an integral part of a team that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging, initiating and/or executing improvement ideas.

Associate will be responsible for maintaining constant accuracy and integrity of our customer relationship management system. (SugarCRM)

**Qualifications**

**Requirements for Applicant:**

* Previous experience in a client service industry with a preference for performance based sales.

* Ability and desire to learn the food industry and our client base.

* Meeting deadlines and reaching goals.

* Maintain & develop customer base and sales volume, achieving performance standards.

* Energetic, motivated, and effective with a positive attitude that is conscientious, enthusiastic, articulate, and possesses a professional attitude.

* Must embrace Deibels Six Business Principals: Quality; Service; Partnership; Professionalism; Education; & Transparency
