* Posting new and used sales

* Reporting sold units to the manufacturer

* Applying for manufacturers incentives

* Issuing checks for lien payoffs and submission to financial institutions

* Reconciling accounting schedules

* Examining contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements

* Verifying all documents are signed and properly completed

* Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above the company standards

* Processing paperwork on a timely basis

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

* Review vehicle titles for accuracy and completeness to include VIN, odometer reading, and release of liens.

* Verify acceptance of title in state for which it is filed.

* Confirm negotiability of title document and report any title discrepancies.

* Interact with customers, dealers, and representatives of regulatory agencies in resolution of title issues.

* Maintain current knowledge of DMV regulations regarding vehicle titles for each state in which vehicles are processed.

* Pay drafts for incoming titles on bank payable draft lists.

* Perform other job related duties as directed by supervisor.

****Qualifications and Requirements****

* At least 2 years of automotive experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Effective communication skills

* Being team-orientated and comfortable in an open office environment

* Apply the appropriate sense of urgency toward deadlines and all tasks

* Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

* Ability to work extended hours or Saturdays, as needed
