We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax-preparation, as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills. This position is a full-time, in-office position with remote-work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses

Bookkeeping

Prepare and file payroll and sales tax

Stay up to date with tax laws and regulations

Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in resolving tax-related problems

Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Qualifications

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and Quickbooks online

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with Lacerte preferred, but not required
