Apply now, for immediate consideration Title: Customer Service Specialist Pay Rate: $17-$18.31/hourly (based on experience) Work Location: Tempe, AZ - HYBRID 3 days onsite; 1 day remote Duration: Position is a 4 month contract role with a possibility of extension Schedule: 40 hours week // 4 x 10 shift Shift days: Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday Morning shift: 5am-3:30pm or Evening shift: 6:30am to 5pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of candidate contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of urgency and satisfaction Interacting with candidates over email, chat, phone, or SMS to handle escalations/referrals Communicate effectively in both verbal/written form.
