We are looking for a Site Development Sales Representative to lead our market penetration efforts. This role involves building relationships with designers and installers of site development projects in Southern Georgia and Northern Florida, actively selling Redi-Rock, Pole Base, and future accessory products. Travel will be required 50-60% of the time or a minimum of 2-3 days per week in regional markets surrounding our production facility. Goals and Responsibilities Include: Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and staying up-to-date on industry news Developing, presenting, and implementing plans for acquiring new customers and traction Identifying potential designers and installers in target markets and presenting the value of our products Establishing and building new relationships to expand the sales pipeline Developing and negotiating proposals, contracts, assisting in production and sales training Assisting in market research with potential installers or designers Coordinating with other departments to grow the sales pipeline and service prospects Meeting with installers on-site, demonstrating installation procedures Performing Lunch & Learns and other presentations to raise product awareness Requirements: Broad knowledge of precast business and hardscape markets Strong problem-solving skills Desire to hunt for new business Creativity in cultivating relationships and exploring opportunities Competitive mindset Willingness to work outdoors and alongside installation crews This full-time position offers great benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, matching 401(k), and more.
