Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Representative at Claire's, your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet retail objectives by enhancing sales performance.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure customers enjoy a delightful shopping experience.
Product Demonstration: Showcase Claire's products effectively to engage customers.
Customer Assistance: Utilize your product knowledge to address customer inquiries and assist them in their shopping journey.
Store Operations: Aid in managing store deliveries, visual merchandising, inventory counts, markdowns, and promotional activities.
Ear Piercing: Participate in ear piercing services after receiving comprehensive training.
Store Presentation: Maintain an inviting and visually appealing store environment for customers.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A minimum of high school education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- A solid understanding of customer service principles
- Good mathematical skills and reading comprehension
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders while assisting customers and managing merchandise
- Familiarity with operating a POS system.
