Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of LeafFilter, engaging with potential customers to demonstrate the benefits and value of our gutter protection system. This role offers unlimited earning potential, weekly pay, and the opportunity for career progression into management. Armed with pre-qualified leads and cutting-edge tools, you’ll have everything you need to achieve immediate success. Our robust, multi-channel lead generation platform ensures a steady flow of opportunities, enabling you to maintain high closing rates from the first visit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Present and sell LeafFilter’s gutter protection system to potential customers.
- Utilize pre-qualified leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities.
- Explain product benefits and features effectively, ensuring customers understand the value and peace of mind LeafFilter offers.
- Manage the entire sales process with a focus on high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Aim for career advancement within the company, with opportunities to move into management roles.
**Requirements:**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Motivated by the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
- Reliable transportation to travel to appointments.
- Independent contractor (1099) status, with the discipline to manage your schedule effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company sales methods.
