This position is not remote and requires the candidate to engage directly with our client base and internal teams at our company premises. This is a pivotal role that demands a strong command over sales tactics and client management, equipped to meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients to introduce products and services, fostering solid professional relationships.
  2. Analyze customer needs and present integrated solutions that align with their objectives.
  3. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  4. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster a collegial team environment.
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar sales role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Background in customer service; industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Professional demeanor dressed business-appropriately.
