PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Director ofDirect Marketing Operations executes all Direct Marketing campaigns andmessaging tests. Acts as a liaison to support functions and works tooptimize the execution of direct marketing campaigns. The Director ofDirect Marketing Operations will maintain a strong and productiverelationship with partner, corporate, property, and vendor contacts. Allduties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGMResorts International policies, practices, and procedures. ExecutesDirect Marketing strategy across properties covering gaming andnon-gaming campaigns. Oversees final deployment to customers andconducts final error checks. Establishes and fosters best practices thatoptimize database segmentation and campaign process. Trainsmanagers/specialists to ensure accurate and timely codification. Drives\"user adoption\" of marketing technology; and collaborates with IT totroubleshoot issues. Responsible for spot checking within campaigns andensuring rules have been applied. Reviews pacing reports and makesnecessary adjustments to increase campaign effectiveness. Manages testand learn campaigns, and implements changes from key learnings. AchievesKey Performance Indicators: Average execution time per campaign,percentage of on-time campaigns, satisfaction scores/internal feedback,delivery rate, spam percentage, and bounce percentage. Coaches eachemployee to identify personal goals and developmental needs, identifyingtraining needs as required; ensures each employee completes all requireddepartmental and company training and conducts periodic performanceevaluations. Provides leadership for all reporting department\'s HumanResources responsibilities to include creating a work environment thatpromotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect,and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training, and successionplanning processes that encompass the company\'s diversity commitment.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience 4+Years of Prior Relevant Experience
