Role Summary:

Baystate Health is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Marketing and Consumer Engagement to spearhead our marketing efforts and elevate consumer interaction across our healthcare network. This role is crucial in defining our brand presence, executing impactful marketing strategies, and building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital member of the Marketing and Communications leadership team, assisting the VP in strategic planning and operational execution for marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote organizational growth, collaborating with system leaders and partners to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and digital analytics to craft and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and consumer engagement efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and management of budgets and timelines, ensuring all marketing activities align with quality and brand standards.
  • Lead the development and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that values diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethical practice in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, with a focus on planning and project management.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or within a large service-oriented organization is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
