Responsibilities:

Communicate with sellers to learn about their situation and the condition of their property.

Analyze comparable sales and construct offers on properties to create win-win solutions for the seller's problem.

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends to identify potential investment opportunities.

Conduct due diligence on properties, including financial, structural, and environmental assessments.

Manage and lead the entire acquisition process, including negotiation, deal structuring, and drafting and reviewing legal agreements.

Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed.

Negotiate and close property acquisitions - write contracts and get them ratified.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential sellers, brokers, and other relevant parties to source and identify potential acquisition opportunities.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure acquisitions meet the company's financial objectives and operational needs.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of local real estate markets and the latest market trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.

Experience working in sales preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.

Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent negotiating skills and the ability to close deals.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Must have a strong work ethic and desire to exceed company goals/targets.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.

Must be a team player with a positive, energetic attitude.

Compensation:

Our goal is to get you to at least

$150,000/year

(monthly base pay plus 10% commission) but there is no cap on compensation so this amount can go far higher depending on performance.
